How To Make Caulifower Florets

Avoid waste while saving time

The perfect keto or low carb substitute

If you’re keto or low carb I bet you find yourself making tons of dishes using cauliflower florets. I get it, it makes a great substitute for rice AND potatoes! (Insider’s tip: use garlic paste to mask that flavor, you’ll thank me later!)

No more waste

⁣In this video I wanted to show you how I make cauliflower florets. ⁣I like cutting them this way because is fast, easy and it stops waste from the knife cutting through the cauliflower head. ⁣

Safety first

⁣Place the base at the bottom and make sure it’s firm enough. You wouldn’t want the head of cauliflower to take off running! Lol!⁣Once it’s secured cut it in half.⁣

Quarter it

⁣Take one half and find the center. Place the cauliflower flat side down and cut in half again⁣. Now that you have cauliflower quarts, find the center again and cut it at an angle to make sure you preserve the head and discard of the center (or use it for veggie stock)⁣

⁣You are done. You can just separate the florets and use them as you wish
